What is Hot Potato Draw?
A pass-and-play drawing telephone for families sharing one iPad. Player 1 gets a secret prompt and draws it; each next player gets a quick peek at the previous drawing only, then redraws it from memory. At the end, everyone watches the prompt devolve, drawing by drawing.
Quick answers
- How many players? 3–10, with 4–6 as the sweet spot. One shared iPad in landscape.
- Someone closed the app mid-game! Just reopen it — the game chain is restored automatically and the interrupted turn restarts.
- Does it work offline? Yes. The game runs entirely on your device and never needs a connection.
- Apple Pencil? Fully supported, including pressure-sensitive brush strokes. Fingers work great too.
- Is my kid's data safe? There is no data. No accounts, no ads, no tracking — see the privacy policy.
